Thanks to Darcie and Rudi of Slushheap.com for having me on the show tonight. We discussed the importance of reading as an author, something I feel pretty strongly about. I also learned I say "absolutely" way too much and look pissed off most of the time. And why didn't anybody tell me my face is lopsided? Did I have a stroke? Maybe you shouldn't watch it.....

Great chat, Robert. I didn't think you looked that angry or stroke-like. :D

It's funny the opinions everyone had in the discussion. I read everything, as long as it interests me, but I almost never read the same genre as my current WIP. I'm not sure why.

Anyway, I enjoyed it.

Thanks, Renee. Yeah, for some reason questions about my reading preferences always throw me for a loop because I literally put no thought into it. Reading one book and discovering a new author seems to always lead to another book/author and so on and so on. They're all magically connected to one another and I love that.

Exactly. If you look for just one or two genres, you're missing out on a world of fantastic books.
